The Upper Peninsula Authority, MI Selects SunGard’s ONESolution Public Safety Software For Computer-Aided Dispatch

The Upper Peninsula Authority in Michigan has selected SunGard’s ONESolution CAD for computer-aided dispatch, a central component of SunGard’s new enterprise-wide software suite that provides a fast, reliable way to help manage and dispatch emergency calls, including integrated mapping, a graphical user interface and hotspot notifications.
The Upper Peninsula Authority, a consolidated regional alliance, was created to share a single public safety software solution across its seven regional public safety answering points (PSAPs). Through this interagency approach, dispatchers will be able to share information with officers and colleagues across all geographic boundaries, helping to improve services and increase safety.
