Newnan, GA Selects SunGard’s Public Safety Software For Multijurisdictional Partnership With Coweta County, GA Sheriff’s Office

The Newnan, GA Police Department has selected SunGard’s ONESolution and OSSI public safety solutions, including computer-aided dispatch (CAD), records management (RMS), and mobile computing software.  Newnan will partner with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office to share critical information through SunGard applications as part of a multijurisdictional law enforcement strategy. This interagency approach will help emergency dispatchers push information into the field more quickly and help officers access data remotely through wireless-enabled mobile technology.
