The DS2000C will be installed and commissioned either by SunGard or one of its ‘SunGard Approved Channel Partners’ and is offered with a range of support packages to suit your operational needs, ensuring system availability and peace of mind.
In the UK on-site Engineering support will be either next working day or within 4 hours if the premium package is chosen. UK customers also benefit from a 24/7 telephone help line for incident logging.
For systems supplied through channel partners support typically will be provided by them. Please contact your local partner regarding the range of support offerings.
